SuperCops Vs Super Villains

Jagdish meets a blind person who asks him to kill a mosquito in turn for money. However, things get serious when Jagdish starts killing innocent people for bigger rewards. The Supercops prevent Jagdish from triggering multiple bomb blasts in the city.
