After finding out that Aravind has decided to move out separately, Dhanush's father advises Veni to stay with the family. Though depressed, Veni conveys her decision to stay back to Ramanathan sweetly. However, Ramanathan's happiness is short-lived as Kalpana calls Aravind and the bickering begins.
