Vettaiyan sneaks into Meenakshi's room to speak to her as she is upset with him. Meenakshi confronts Vettaiyan about Kalaiarasi's marriage with him and accuses him of cheating her. Vettaiyan comforts Meenakshi and tells her to trust him.
