Make this quick and easy, Gujarati dessert with the summery flavours of Indian mangoes. Ingredients: Mango 2 nos 1 cup sugar 1 tsp cardamom powder Method: Cut mangoes, and scoop out the flesh. Put it in a mixer, add sugar, cardamom powder and grind to a thick paste. Pour in bowl and let it set in the refrigerator. Serve chilled. ---------------------------- more
