A criminal with a heart of gold brings wrongdoers to justice. Balachandra (Balakrishna) is an outlaw who helps the poor. Gundu Rao (Giri Babu), a police officer, along with Prabhakar (Suresh Oberoi) and Govardanam (Rao Gopal Rao) are on his trail. Also looking for him is Govardanam’s daughter, Bhanu (Bhanupriya). When CI Ranjit (Muralimohan) tracks down Balachandra, he discovers a vicious plot.
