The Heat is a buddy cop action comedy starring Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy and directed by Paul Feig (of Spy, Bridesmaids fame). FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn (Bullock) and Boston detective Shannon Mullins (McCarthy) are as different as chalk and cheese. Forced to team up, they must overcome their differences to nab a local mobster.
