Shatru is a Kannada action drama. Inspector Vijay Surya is posted at Keshavapura, a small town in North Karnataka. He finds that the police department is under the control of a local goon Adishesha, who, with his brothers and goons, terrorises people. Vijay weaves a trap to kill Adishesha and his gang.
