• 2008: In the initial season, they managed to reach the semi-finals and finished 3^rd.

• 2011: In this season, KXIP stood 5^th out of the 10 teams.

• 2013: They could not move up on the table and ended up again at the league stage standing at the 6^th position.

• 2015 & 2016:  They took a major toll backward; and for two consecutive years, they stood last in the tally chart.

• 2017: Though they managed to scrape their way through, the team could not come above the 5^th position.

Sunrisers Hyderabad:

• 2013:  The team was founded in the year 2012 but started playing in 2013. Being their first season, perhaps they needed a better insight and finished at the 4^th position.

• 2014 & 2015:  In both the seasons, the team could not perform well and ended at the 6^th position.

• 2016: Making a marvelous comeback, the SRH became the IPL champions for the very first time in 2016.

•  2017: In 2017, they could not retain the IPL Trophy and fell back to the 4^th position in the league.

• During 2013-17, the team played 74 matches, won 41 and lost 34 matches, while 1 match ended in a tie. The win percentage is 54.60%.
